[FEATURE] Rename datasets

In the data view, there seems to be no way to rename a dataset (or move it into another folder), which would come in very handy as the number of datasets increases.

Converted issue to "Rename" only, "Move" tracked by #790

@collinsr fwiw, you can rename and move data around by astral projecting yourself into the Girder instance. Take your VIAME URL and insert girder/ just before the #. There you can use Girder directly to rename things, etc.

The issue report is valid, but just wanted to offer this workaround explicitly.

Aha, I did not know that... thanks!

Just a followup; I tried this tonight and it didn't work -- I went behind the Girder curtain and looked for a rename option. I didn't find one, so I tried creating a new folder and moving the contents of old-folder to new-folder. On the viame interface, I saw the new-folder dataset but no "launch annotator" button.

The rename option is under this menu. Click "edit folder" and change its name.

It's best to avoid moving or copying things behind the curtain to try and construct a dataset without the regular interface.

Aha! I obviously didn't look there...

Yes, no surprise that moving things around behind the curtain wouldn't work.

Thanks!
