[FEATURE] Panel which has 1 create detection button per object category

Based on a prior user request for something more akin to what other annotation software did, the ability to have 1 button per (known) object category on a 3rd possible bar on the left might be useful for fast detection creation via one button press as opposed to the usual method of 2 button presses
