They're gone actually in the release I just made today alongside a few other config name changes

They're now called "detector_project_folder" and "tracker_project_folder" and they run both run detectors or trackers trained in local project folders as opposed to within DIVE

It probably still makes sense to not blacklist local because I think Neal at one point in time hit an issue where a pipeline with that word wasn't showing up in the interface because he used that word in it

The project folder configs won't show up in the web docker
