Build summary shows "notes", but are not the same as uploaded "notes"

Expected Behavior

Shows a "notes" section that is empty. Adding a note seems to indicate that this is some commentary on the build itself (which is useful; noted for other things). Given that this is different, the behavior makes sense, but is no less confusing. The build line has a place for uploaded notes:

Perhaps uploaded notes (or a link to their page) just needs added to the summary page.

Actual Behavior

Uploaded notes are not accessible from the build summary page.

Ah, I see the sneaky "(see notes)" link beside the build name(?!) in the summary page; so the link I'm looking for exists, but is not very discoverable.
