Not working with HDRP (Unity 2019.3)

HDRP has its own decal projector: https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/[email protected]/manual/Decal-Projector.html

Actually, HDRP decal projector does not handle deferred decals or triplanar projection or things that would make possible projection on various angle surfaces. https://forum.unity.com/attachments/upload_2019-9-9_16-15-4-png.480680/

What I need is to project a decal that would extend from a point over time, like a kind of corruption of the environment.
