Add EJBCA modules to Anbile Playbooks

@jtgarner-keyfactor has been working on creating Ansible python plugins for the EJBCA CLI. This should get added to EJBCA as part of the refactoring from Issue #58. These plugins will simplify EJBCA CLI commands reducing the complexity of the current roles for interacting with the EJBCA CLI.
