Backup EJBCA compenents for server migration

The time comes when one must migrate the OS or Server of a PKI component to a new OS and/or server. The aim of this issue is to create a role and/or roles to support backing up EJBCA setup and using the backup to restore on a new server/OS.

An assumption is that the current playbooks would be used to re-install wildfly and EJBCA conf files would be used from previous runs. More info to follow...
