The KeyError
Dear Kai, I want to learn BCB. When I follow the steps, when I click Discretize of Preprocessing Tools, the following error will appear
KeyError:"bpy_prop_collectiom [key]:key "Solidify" not found

Hello, can you post a .blend file with a test scene so I can reproduce the error? Also you can send your file to [email protected].
To fix the bug I need to reproduce it. The error message provides some information but not enough to understand why you are getting this error and I am not. Please send me either a .blend that produces this error or tell me the steps that are required to enforce it.
thank u for your reply I did it on blender based on Guide to Simulate a Multi-Family House with Standard Blender, The 4.Exercise with standard Blender,step4:press “Do All Selected Steps At Once”, I followed this step and when I clicked on it, an error occurred.

The tutorial works for me. Which Blender version are you using and what BCB version have you installed?
I've used blender for 2.79a and 2.79b, and BCB is V3.54，But these problems have arisen

Dear kai, Thank you very much, I've solved this problem and I found that I didn't turn on solidify in blender, thank you for your patient answer.

That's good! I'd like to catch this issue in the future, so I'd like to understand what you did. You mean you had a disabled Solidify modifier on one of your input objects and that's why the BCB failed?
Because I tuned to a different language, it led to a keyword error. I would like to learn more about the simulation of building collapse, is there more detailed tutorial material or video? Thank you

Sorry, I just saw your message now. If you have the same issue, You need to change the system language of blender to English and click "A" to select all models before solidify
