Please provide an explanation of the issue

v2.19.3 works completely fine with our settings but it started failing today after upgrade to v2.20.2. Attached is the screenshot of the error. We have custom setup for the project.

@patelradhika @nonamedm I've released 2.20.3 I think there was some issues with babel integration in rollup.
