Refresh the initial example on the NPM and the repo

Guys, thank you for the library! Please update the initial code-snippet in this repo to make it the same as the https://react-google-maps-api-docs.netlify.app/ , the usage snippet I saw on the npm (without LoadScript) does not work correctly, for instance, with zoom level changing. Let me know you you need mode details!
