Install ToC2 manually not using configurator / compatible with notebook 6.X

Just wondering if anyone has done a manual install of this extension. I dont want to install the configurator stuff just this.

Also i noticed that it shows only compaitble with notebooks 4.x and 5.x will it not work with 6.x??
