Calculate validity of order before sending

It would be good to check if an order is valid (that is, has enough balance) before submitting it. Otherwise you can submit an order and the exchange might cancel it.

yes, the app should show dialog saying there's not enough balance. otherwise you might get stuck for minutes till realizing there's no balance for the move!
