feat: update the tutorials

LG has some great changes in its new version and some tutorials are not adjusted accordingly. Fixs include:

  1. Drop some deprecate warnings.
  2. Check dependencies before installation.

@LovelyBuggies sorry I missed this. Could you please update the PR to the latest master branch? Also, we should gradually port these notebooks to Pluto and also should add a Project.toml + Manifest.toml to the folder. These tutorials are super old now, years ago when I was more involved with LG.
