Update packages to GeoInterface 1.0

Made a standalone issue, as this was under the now merged #33

GeoMakie and Rasters are on GeoInterface 1.0 and FlatGeobuf and Meshes don't have it in their dependencies.

Meshes doesnt want to for some kind of geometric purity reasons. There is some package that type pyrates it in.
