Expose tutorials nicely in the documentation

We should expose the tutorials which are currently in their own repository at https://github.com/JuliaDataCubes/ESDLTutorials properly into the documentation. This should either be converted into a properly rendered page in the documentation or set up as binder notebooks, so that people can play with it in the cloud.
