Docker build failed

Getting the below error

ERROR: failed to solve: process "/bin/sh -c apt-get -y update && apt-get -y install software-properties-common postgresql-9.3 postgresql-client-9.3 postgresql-contrib-9.3" did not complete successfully: exit code: 100

I am using the v1.2 -> Build joel-hanson/[email protected]
