"Mobile" word is removed in "Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile" wording

IMHO the whole section "Kotlin Multiplatform capabilities" should be deleted, the top of the project's README is not a good place for it.

Personally I feel like the README should be geared towards Kotlin developers using the Kotlin repository.

Documentation on what Kotlin is and what its benefits are is already under https://kotlinlang.org/docs/home.html A link to that should be sufficient.

There is a risk to store outdated information. For example, the Eclipse and Sublime Text plugins are pretty much unusable at this point.
