"Error adding your authenticator"

Many people frequently had this problem before, but not anymore.

I seem to be the only person having this problem.

I am using the most recent version from Releases (June 29)

Steam seems to think the IP address I'm using is from China even though it's actually in the US-- is Steam mobile authenticator not allowed in China? If so that may be why.

You may use steam++ to get the same function.I think it's a superset of SDA.

You have to remove your Steam Guard from your phone to add it in SDA. There is version 1.0.14, which is in "pre-release" status for some reason, but it works, just tested.
