It doesn't accept automatic exchanges, this is a problem and I've already tried it on Archifarm and it doesn't work either

The account is fully unlocked, this only happend with X skin i was trying to send to Y individual, i tried to send him multipple times in different ocasions as well, nothing worked. Tried to send other items to other accounts and worked perfectly.
