Insert/remove label(s) via mouse operations

Post profiling segmentation of the workload events to classify resource signatures for the operations.

Adding is complete, display is complete however editing the annotations is still in progress. Serialization is complete but reloading has a timing issue that needs to be resolved. (labels are components of the plot data, the labels need to be added to the plot information after the entire state has been reloaded)

Many UI related functions need to be added, pushing out to 1.06
