when i convert m3u8 segments, the output file is not playable. Please Help

Yes sure here it is https://test-streams.mux.dev/x36xhzz/x36xhzz.m3u8 i tried multiple links but no luck. It created the mp4 file with blank display that doesn't playable by any of the media player or app gallery itself.

i just using the demo app from this repo https://github.com/JeffMony/VideoDownloader and this itself downloaded the m3u8 segments and convert those segments to single playable file but the output file is not playable as i described above.
