Prepare release of library module

We should try to get out the library module in an initial release. Can anybody interested have a spot on it? I know documentation is very little ;) Note this also includes a CDI annotation API in the CDI module.

Dependencies are also a bit outdated.

@atsticks Not sure why https://github.com/JavaMoney/javamoney-lib/releases/tag/1.0 is only a tag, but do you plan a 1.0 release also on Maven? https://travis-ci.org/JavaMoney/javamoney-lib should build again ideally using snapshots of 1.2/1.0.2.

I will have to retag it. it builds but fails to be deployed because javadoc creation fails. I am working fixing javadocs. Will be available soon😁
