Is there any way I can get the correct google font (e.g. NotoSansTC) before the internal tools are updated?

I already upgraded to google_fonts 3.0, but I didn't find the 'NotoSansTC' - Noto Sans Traditional Chinese(Zh-Hant-TW) support. I would like to see "[Noto Sans Traditional Chinese] "(https://fonts.google.com/noto/specimen/Noto+Sans+TC) support as...
