Is English UI supported?

I am using Eclipse on Chinse Windows, but I would like to have English interface.

According to the usage scenario of SmartQQ/Wechat, The i18n feature has a lower priority. There are only particail i18n UI in this plugin. The default language is en, the second language is zh.
