I gave up waiting for this and just manually flashed my five new ones last night. The only hard part is the 1.27mm pin headers. 

@mvgijssel Does that adapter allow you to chose to bridge GPIO0 to GND or not? I like being able to power on the device in flash mode and normal mode.

@octogonz Our situation is a bit different. We use `.d.ts` files to expose interfaces for our native-based modules which run in our game so there is no backing js/ts source...

I would also like this. If this is supposed to be a legit acquisition platform this will be necessary.
