it compiles and runs quite well i must say, I only see a problem with the dlib dependency, we might have to release a version of it too @marc-hanheide

dlib is under the "[Boost Software License](http://dlib.net/license.html)" so it should be possible.

updated map format to include restrictions

Hi, I was wondering if it would be worth including the field's datum in the topological map format, and if so, should it be included in the meta field or...

It might be possible to create a move base costmap layer that takes into account topological restictions for the `move_base` specific case

@francescodelduchetto found this repo that might do the work for us https://github.com/h-wata/costmap_prohibition_layer we just need to look into the configuration
