Chat room for Hegel (Discord)?
Maybe it would be worth creating a chat server for Hegel? Perhaps on Discord?
@trusktr we have a chat room on telegram https://t.me/hegel_js
I tried Discord, but seems like we have so small community for it for now.
Looks like Telegram doesn't have a web version. Discord is nice because it works great in a browser tab.
The AssemblyScript team set up weekly working-group (for people interested in developing AS) and community-group (people using AS for projects) meetings on Discord, where anyone can join the group call (video and/or audio).
The Discord bots are really neat: f.e. AssemblyScript's bot messages in the #events channel about upcoming meetings ahead of time, then anyone that clicks on an checkbox emoticon below that message will be added to RSVP, and if they are on the RSVP list then the bot will send a message to that person before the meeting starts as a reminder. It's very nice!
There's other cool stuff too. F.e. suppose there some project Foo that is built on Hegel. If the Hegel server has an "announcements" channel, then the Foo project can subscribe to that channel, and receive those announcements within the Foo server. It's a neat way to connect related projects/servers.

Plus, I'm sure if the hegel.js.org website has a link to the Discord server (because it is web based), the community will surely grow.
You can have https://gitter.im/ chat room. It provides github integration and authentication out of the box. Easy to create & remove room. No extra efforts. Many communities use it: TypeScript, NodeJS etc.

Maybe opening up the Discussion tab here on GitHub would work, if there's no other official place for discussion.
I think I will create Gitter for Hegel today 😅
