JNDCoding

I am unable to get through the installation of pymem :(  This is the error which i am being thrown always, even tried using virtualenv and source package provided...

I tried installing Pymem, but it always throw me an error and dont seem this to be working in a virtualenv. PLease help me, atleast w ith installation of pymem....
