added Safari and ios support with an installation guide

Hello there, i really liked the extension so i decided to compile it for safari and IOS. I added the following changes:

  • Change the manifest_version to 2 so it can build for safari and IOS.
  • Added a ready to build version of the app for Safari and IOS (XCODE Project)
  • Wrote a step by step guide on how to compile the extension from scratch for Mac and IOS.
