[BUG] return key

Describe the bug

The return key should have a consistent location and symbol.

To Reproduce

View each item separately.

Expected behavior

The symbol can use a left-pointing arrow to make it look smoother.

Settings the return key to the upper left. Categories return key is on the lower left. planned payments return button is on the lower left. Reports return key is in the upper left. Budget return key is on the lower left. Loans return key is on the upper left.
