[FEATURE] Improve UX to manage "tag"

Please confirm the following:

  • [X] I've requested a single (only one) feature/change in this issue. It complies with the One Request Per GitHub Issue (ORPGI) rule.
  • [X] My issue is well-defined and describes how it should be implemented from UI/UX perspective.

What do you want to be added or improved?

As a user I want to - list all the tags, add a new tag, delete and existing tag or deactivate an existing tag.

Why do you need it?

  • Currently, if I were to add a new tag, I'd: click on add expense -> click on new tag -> create new tag and use it. This is not ideal. Hence, having a separate view for managing your tags - is what I'm requesting.

  • Secondly - deactivating a tag -> say I went on a trip X - added all the transactions with that tag. And now the trip is over. But I don't want to delete the tag but I want to keep FTR. At the same time, I don't want my tag list to be cluttered with such tags, which I'll no longer be using going forward.

I hope this made sense. Let me know if I need to elaborate a bit on either of the requests. I kept in one as both are related to tags.

@ILIYANGERMANOV - I am not sure if this is being worked upon actively. GitHub closed it as not planned due to no activity. Can we re-open this?

@ILIYANGERMANOV - again this bit us. I guess it already has assignee and hence it prevents others from picking up. Can we remove stale tag?
