Describe the bug

When I want to set the time of an expense or an income, assuming the selected day is Tuesday the 1st, when I select a time after 8:59 PM it automatically selects the next day (Wednesday the 2nd) and there is no way I can select a time I spend or enter at 9, 10, 11 or 12 PM without it changing the next day.

To Reproduce

Record an expense or income
Select the date and time section
Indicate the date of the expense or income
Indicate a time after 8:59 PM
[The app will automatically change the previously selected day to the next day]

Expected behavior

The first weeks that I used the application I could choose a day and a time after 8:59 PM without it being changed to the next day, being able to keep a better accurate and precise record of when I made my expenses or when I had my income. I just hoped it would continue to work the same way. I have had this BUG for several weeks since the last update.
