Exchange rates unavailable in wallet

Please confirm the following

Describe the bug

I'm creating an exchange rates in the exchange rates section but I can't use those exchange rates in a transactions/wallet as it doesn't appear.

To Reproduce

  1. Create an exchange rate in the section
  2. Create a new wallet and check for the exchange rate

Expected behavior

No response
