.diz files reveal full file path of rom

Ah yea.

What we should really be doing is making a preferences file that doesn't get checked in to git. It's annoying if you're collaborating with someone right now because every commit will switch the path and you have to find it every time you pull

We already verify the ROM Checksum so are doing the hard part for syncing things up on different systems

Here's my solution, make it use relative paths relative to the .diz file.

it still uses the full path but now stores it in a preferences file not intended to be checked into source control, so, solves the privacy problem.
