unable to upload files

Open herobrine7gamer opened this issue 3 years ago • 7 comments

when trying to upload files , a message is displayed : "Upload failed - file is empty" , or when dragging the file from the file manager to the window "Some files couldn't be uploaded because they're missing necessary data" . the same behavior can be noticed on both flatpak and snap versions . the files are not empty at all , and they can be uploaded from the teams website normally .

Hi @herobrine7gamer , can you provide more details by using the template? Can you be more descriptive on your steps followed to upload a file? is this into a chat, a channel? The more descriptive you can be the better we can try to find the why. Also, can you try with another packaging option? Thanks

Can you try with other package? flatpak and snap can be a bit temperamental and sandboxing might be playing a part in here. Thanks
