Ability to change the main command and aliases

What feature do you want to see added?

It should be possible to configure what the main command is for PlotSquared, as well as configure aliases.

A lot of people, myself included, like to use PlotSquared for prison servers to imitate cells that players can claim, so a feature like this would be great for this group, as we could change the main command to "/cell" or "/cells", etc.

Are there any alternatives?

Changing the contents of plugin.yml, but not only can you only change aliases here (not the main command), you have to edit it every time you update PlotSquared, which can be tedious.

Anything else?

It would also be nice to make the usages of commands configurable. So i can edit /plot arg1 to whatever i want
