Connection time out

I am using this repository with my client to connect to AWS Elasti Cache memcache instance,

I have set ELASTICACHE_ENDPOINT but the connection is timing out.

curl: (7) Failed to connect to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.amazonaws.com port 6379: Operation timed out
