Privacy Manifest Files in iOS SDK 13.0.0

It's not a bug, but in a couple of days iOS will require Privacy Manifest Files, and I understand you guys fixed it in SDK 13.0.0 but the latest available version of instabug for flutter is 12.7.0.

Do you plan to update the SDK to prevent issues?
