Find and reference unknown patterns in Reluctance to accept contributions patterns

In a previous version of the pattern (in this gDoc) I found other pattern names listed under ##See Also: Not invented here, (TBW) Thirty-Day Support, (TBW) Trusted Committer, (TBW) Fear of Contributions

Maybe that info could help us resolve which patterns the authors had in mind when they wrote this?

I found a gDoc called Fearing Contributions however I am not sure if that is really a new pattern or an early version of the Reluctance to accept contributions pattern. That is actually the doc that references these patterns:

Not invented here, (TBW) Thirty-Day Support, (TBW) Trusted Committer, (TBW) Fear of Contributions

Then there is a 2nd gDoc Reluctance to receive contributions that I believe we used as the basis for this pattern file in our repo. This pattern references these other patterns:

Support Warranty, Negotiate Contributions, Architecture for Participation, Feature Advocate

I am confused :) I am reaching out to some Patterns WG old-times to see if they know what these docs were about.

Looking at these three drafts, it seems clear that they are all versions of the same pattern. Best would be to check with Klaas, since he authored them.
