Support new input system

Now that the input system is verified as a solution for 2020.1 - might be best for me to start supporting it and finalizing integration with UGUIDOTS.

I have a decent understanding of the new input system, I'll tackle this after handling dynamic text as figuring out input for input fields will be another challenge.
