Settings will not save between updates

as it sits the settings file will be overwritten entirely with each update to the app, losing all user settings. User settings needs to

  • be a distinct file, probably stored in appdata.
  • store only overrides not default values
  • be loaded after default values

This should no longer be an issue going forward as of 2.6.0.2
