[Feedback]Resource widgets not working

After rebooting the operating system, the CPU and RAM load are not updated. The network interface load widget is not active. However, everything works fine during the first launch or update.

I have a feeling that some daemon is not starting. But I can't figure out which one. By the way, the CPU and RAM load is updated only when the page is opened. This is not related to the websocket, since the bug is present in the local network.
