[Bug] Cannot rename title of external link name

Describe the bug

Cannot rename title of early created external link

To Reproduce

1. Click '+'
2. Add external link
3. Save
4. Click external link "..."→ Settings
5. Try to edit title

Expected behavior

Able to edit external link title
