[Bug] "Failed to load apps, please refresh later

Describe the bug

After a completely new installation on a Raspberry Pi 4, 8GB, 500GB SSD (USB), 64Bit Bookworm, System & Kernel & Eeprom are up to date, the error message appears:

"Failed to load apps, refresh later."

Update according to Github brought no change...
