Allow users to add custom search engines

Allow users to add custom search engines to the search widget the same way browsers like Firefox allow you (replacing the query with %s).

This would be better for users and developers because the devs wouldn't have to add new search engines every so often and users can add whatever they want.

I use 4Get.ca and I doubt a search engine so obscure would be added.
