[Bug] config file duplicated

Describe the bug

Edit .conf file using CasaOS duplicated all text in .conf

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open File .conf
  2. Edit File .conf
  3. Save

There are multiple issues open to this now. It doesn't only affect .conf files but any text file
