You didn't describe the bug. Your reproduction steps do not make sense. You didn't post the expected behavior. You did not provide screenshots. No system time. No log files. No additional context. Also, apps will start regardless of whether you visit the webpage or not upon a restart of your system if you set up CasaOS correctly.
