[Bug] Cannot download and install the app whether from the appstore or custom install.

Describe the bug

CasaOS won't let me install most majority of the app in the appstore, this also including the custom install. Everytime install happens it will take a few minutes before it showed an error.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Appstore'
2. Choose any apps to download
3. Go back to the home page
4. If the download in network status doesn't go up, it likely to give a problem
5. The error will appear after a couple of minutes

Expected behavior

The app should download and install perfectly fine including the network status on 'download' should also goes up

I have tried to reinstall the OS a bunch of times, it still gave me the same errors every time.
