[Bug] Failed to download package during installation

Describe the bug

Failed to download package during installation. Fails at different stages - might be on the gateway, might be message bus etc.

To Reproduce

Run installer as recommended - either curl or wget.

Expected behavior

Installation continues as normal.

Additional context

Fresh installation of Ubuntu 22.04 - minimal install with just SSH and then an apt update/upgrade.

If the installation could check for already downloaded packages and then simply continue from there, it would be beneficial. Annoying having to run the script multiple times obviously, but would give an avenue forward.

Aaaaand.... everything just kicked into life. No changes on my end, so assuming it's with github?
