[ITensors] [ENHANCEMENT] Docs on finite temperature calculations

It would be good to add documentation, tutorials, and examples summarizing the methods that are available for finite temperature (i.e. purification and METTS) and explain how they would be implemented using ITensors.jl, particularly for cylinder systems.

Happy to discuss this further. With the tools now in ITensors.jl it should be really straightforward to implement both purification and METTS.
